Since graduating in 2015 with my B.A. in Studio Art, I have poured much of my (visual) artistic devotion into photography, as I believe it has the capacity to complement written accounts of our world in stirring, powerful ways. If, as Dorothea Lange puts it, ‘the camera is an instrument which teaches us how to see’, then its application and product have never been more important in a world which depends concretely upon clear, informed, and empathetic visibility. I pay particular attention to compositions which capture the relationship between urban, built environments and nature, photographing urban landscapes, working in macro with floral photography, shooting political events and rallies, and more. I work in both colour and black and white.
This page is a work in progress due to the volume of my portfolio (please pardon appearance while I renovate).
